We stand behind every ball that leaves our workshop. Each Hayworth product is inspected before it ships. If something is wrong, we want to make it right.
Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return. We do not accept returns on products that have been inflated, played with, or show signs of use — not because we don't care, but because a used ball cannot be resold as new.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@hayworthathletic.com for a return authorization and shipping instructions before sending anything back. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted beyond 30 days after the date of purchase. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
If your ball arrives defective or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@hayworthathletic.com with a description and photos. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Once we receive your return and verify its condition, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
